Twitter, Facebook, Blog ~ How do other WAHM'S do it all?

I have recently recreated my facebook account. So currently I have twitter, facebook and my facebook business fan page, my blog, my business which consists of my website sales and my etsy shop and all of my wonderful customers. In a whole different direction is my amazing family and my role as a wife and mom. I have not completely figured out the balance yet on all these things. I wonder what other small business owners, wahms and etsy artisans think and do? If you are one of these and if you use twitter, facebook or your blog please add some comments on what works for you and maybe we can all help each other. I do see how you can connect all 3 together but you still need to give time and attention to all 3 separately. I have thought of giving a time of the day each day and setting a timer for 30 minutes and that is my social media promo time and try to give a little love to twitter, facebook and my blog. As you can see it has been almost 2 months since I posted to my blog. Rediscovering facebook and the fan page was not so helpful to my poor blog!
Can't wait to see what some of you facebook, twitter and blog moms have to say.

I'm not a WAHM, but a Stay-AHM, and I do utilize FB, twitter, and my blog to stay in touch with friends and family who live far away. I do know a few WAHM who use all three to expand their business clientele, and many of them have expressed marked improvement in sales. It can get overwhelming trying to keep up with it all, but I think your idea of giving each venue a little time every day is a good idea. When I post something on my blog, I will usually post a link to that new post on my FB wall, so my "friends" can see it. I hope some of this helps! Have a fun SITS day!

Hi Terri,
It's so nice to meet you!
Thank you for your kind visit to my blog. I always appreciate visits and enjoy making new blog friends.
Yours is wonderful and I will add you precious button to mine to display. I adore monograms and will order something from you soon. My siser is due in October. I'm sure you have the perfect gift. What a great idea you had for your business. Much continued success to you!

We have not ventured into Facebook or Twitter and I don't think I have the time to do them all.
I really enjoy Blogland!

Have a blessed weekend.

Hi Terri,
I was able to add your blog link picture and then add the link to it. It works!
Thanks for emailing me back. I'm not sure why I wasn't able to make the actual "button" work. Even the button link you had emailed me didn't work for me. It's fine now though. Thanks again!

Have a wonderful weekend.

What a great post! Keeping them all straight, and giving a little to each is so hard. (And I don't have children.) :) I'm so curious to see your feedback/comments. :)

I have an Etsy shop: www.ShanasShop.etsy.com . I'm not a WAHM but I have tried to use Facebook and Twitter to spread the word about my shop. It is very hard. Some nights I get into it and post stuff and chat with people, but then I don't have time to work on the fun stuff that I create. There does need to be a balance and I have not found it yet. I would rather create then do all the social networking. but I'm going to keep trying!!

Hi Terri,

It was so nice to meet you the other day! I also struggle with keeping up with it all - Website, ETSY, eBay, Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo Group, and Monogram Moms Group on TwitterMoms [although I have all but given up on it :(]. I think that my Yahoo Group, Blog and Twitter are the best ways to keep in touch with my customers. I don't have much going on on Facebook, but maybe that's because I don't spend a lot of time promoting it?

Great post! I can't wait to see more comments.

i agree, i keep saying each day I need to find balance or another 8 hours in a day...I am a WAHM and owner of Geezees (have a store on the web and on etsy, and with a bunch of sales, it is full time work now), I have a blog, and I try to run a giveaway on a big bridal blog 1x a month, I twitter, facebook, ping, digg .. did i leave anything out??lol
Then try to raise kids, cook, clean, and most impostantly have some fun each day...it is crazy...but I love it!
But balance is needed...I am interested to see if anyone does have the answer to better manage out time...
BTW- your stuffis cute !!
